Pakistan Talent Seminar

On February 13, 2026, Takashi Horiuchi, Vice President of Plus W, spoke at the “Pakistan Talent Seminar” held at MyDome Osaka.

This seminar was hosted by the Embassy of Pakistan in Japan, introducing the potential of Pakistani talent and collaboration with Japanese companies to companies and organizations interested in accepting foreign talent and utilizing highly skilled IT professionals.

Horiuchi spoke about Pakistan’s IT education program initiatives, the development and acceptance of IT engineers, and the potential for utilizing highly skilled IT talent at Japanese companies.

He also noted that, in accepting talent, continuous support is important—not only recruitment, but also education before and after arrival in Japan, career development, Japanese language training, and support for daily life.

Going forward, Plus W will continue, from a global perspective, to expand opportunities in which each individual’s character and expertise can be put to full use.
