The 10th Japan–Pakistan Business Leaders’ Conference

On January 15, 2026, Takashi Horiuchi, Vice President of Plus W, participated in the “10th Japan–Pakistan Business Leaders’ Conference” held in Tokyo.

This conference was hosted by the Japan–Pakistan Business Cooperation Committee as an important opportunity for direct dialogue between the business communities of Japan and Pakistan. Held for the first time in about three years and four months since the previous conference in Islamabad in September 2022, the event was attended by government officials, economic organizations, and business representatives from both Japan and Pakistan.

At the venue, opinions were exchanged on a wide range of themes—including trade and investment, human resources, and ICT—in order to further deepen economic cooperation between the two countries.

Horiuchi introduced initiatives in the ICT and HR fields necessary for highly skilled IT professionals to continuously demonstrate their capabilities in Japan.
